User Centered Design - GROUP 7 (18/19)

This project was developed in participation on the challenge proposed by Inocrowd as part of an assignment for our User Centered Design class.

 

The challenge was the follow "Access control of customers without ticket or without a valid ticket in underground stations of Metro do Porto. Metro do Porto does not intend to include physical barriers that alter its design, but rather to adopt another technological solution that detects whether or not a passenger is using a valid ticket and, if not, to alert the passenger, the agent (s) and also the public in general, producing a deterrent effect."
